Kingfisher II (barn name "Fisher") is an athletic 1999 Thoroughbred gelding that was never raced. He is a large horse that stands 17 hh. Many people think he is part warmblood because of his size. He is a beautiful blood bay color with no white markings. He successfully moved up to Preliminary Level in 2007 and steadily gained confidence and consistency throughout the season. He is pretty much "point and shoot" cross country and bold to water, ditches, skinnies and drops. His large, ground covering stride make it easy to make the time. He is very sound w/no history of serious illness or lameness. He is currently being evented at Training level with his teen rider and doing well. He has the athletism and ability to go far in eventing w/the right partner. Asking price $22,000.
